The toppings this week were chive sour cream, mini potato-cheddar wontons, the patty, swiss cheese, a panko crusted, cheddar stuffed mini patty (that's the deep fried thing on the swiss), cider braised peppers and onions, onion rings, micro greens (for health reasons) & garlic mayo.

This Buck Burger is contains an 8oz patty stuffed with jalapeƱos and cheddar cheese. From the bottom working up it has cocktail sauce, bacon, coconut shrimp, swiss cheese, apple-gouda sausage, a poached egg, tomato, lettuce and stout mustard.

Here are a couple money shots of the yolk breaking and dripping down the burger. This is the key to complete flavor integration.

This burger was served on two cornmeal waffles with bacon, fried eggs, fried pepper jack and maple-honey-sriracha butter.

Here is the Buck Burger from August 10th. I am trying to remember exactly what is on it but I think it goes like this: Pulled Pork BBQ, Fried Cheese Wedges, Bacon, Ham, Cheddar, Swiss, a Poached Duck Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion & Garlic Mayo. I am going to try to get a better picture taking device but for now the crappy camera on my crappy phone will have to do.
