May 24, 2011

This week may have been the biggest yet. Buck said he thought it weighed at least 2 lbs. 

From the bottom up we have onion straws, the patty, swiss cheese, a spicy itialian sausage, garlic bread, chicken parmesan breast, micro greens, more onion straws & bbq sauce.

This week was a good week for the Buckburger. We mad it with some leftover beef tenderloin and a French toasted blueberry bagel. We also put the scrambled eggs we made the French toast with and some fried pepper jack. 

As you can see on the left, the patty is dwarfed by the rest of the burger. That is the patty on the bun on the left hand side.

We dumped maple syrup all over it

From the bottom up we have spicy marinara, three fried cheese wedges, a steak & cheese sandwiched between French toasted blueberry bagel pieces, micro greens, lettuce, swiss, bacon, the patty & maple syrup.

It was seriously almost as big as Buck's head.

It was meatloaf night at the Bandwagon. We made meatoaf with bacon, herbs, aromatics cheddar & swiss., 

The Buckburger had BBQ sauce, the patty, bacon , swiss, a potato-cheddar fritter cake, chive sour cream, the meatloaf, gravy, micro greens, lettuce, tomato & garlic mayo. 

Certainly not the biggest Buckburger, but almost certainly the best one yet!

This weeks Buckburger was monstrous. I think it was the biggest one to date.  This is what it looked like on paper from top to bottom.
