September 27, 2011

We captured the magic layer by layer this week. So here we have some potato, ham & cheddar soup, a spicy italian sausage and some ranch dressing on the top of the bun.

We added some grilled pork shank.

And the patty and swiss cheese

And bacon

And french fries with gravy and micro greens on top
And cheese sauce and tomato

Yeah baby

Smoosh!!!

September 20, 2011

This week's Buckburger was mammoth. It was also crushed in about 10 minutes. I felt like we just kept throwing stuff on therre. All of it was deep fried. God bless that man for eating it.

From the bottom up we have tomato, dirty fries with smoked gouda-bacon sauce (this comes in to play later), eggplnt parmesan, the patty with bacon & swiss that we "corn dogged", mini wontons full of the aforementioned smoked gouda-bacon sauce, coconut shrimp, three poached and then deep fried eggs, the beloved micro-greens &orange marmalade sauce.

Smoosh!!

Down (more specifically towards" the Hatch!!

It did not stay a "burger" for long

We went back to our roots with this week's Buckburger. We felt like we were getting too creative and forgetting that it is supposed to be about the gluttony. So this week we just put a bunch of fried stuff on it. From the bottom up we have mashed potatoes, caramelized leek gravy, the burger, fried cheese, swiss cheese, bacon, a bbq pork eggroll, micro greens (for health reasons), tomato and garlic mayo.

He spent an impressive 6 minutes on this burger. He wasn't even trying to hurry.
Juicy.

Tall.
Short.

September 6, 2011

Like the lingering rain, we were feeling a little blah about the Buckburger this week. It seemed like no one could come up with any great ideas. Anyway, I submit the following....What we have here is an 8oz patty with swiss topped with bbq pork shoulder, onion straws, smoked gouda, lettuce, toamto, onion and garlic mayo. There were a lot of onion straws on it. A whole lot.

I tried to get a good picture of the bbq pork but this was the best one I was able to get.

Big Smoosh this week!
