In progress....melted gorgonzola on a blackened patty on top of falafel and bacon-cheddar-potato bites

plus bacon, ranch and an oven poached egg

from bottom to top we have the falafel and the potato bites, fried swiss cheese, the blackened patty, melted gorgonzola, bacon, egg, onion rings and ranch, ranch, ranch...

this may be the tallest one yet....also, regarding the onion straws of late....my man Colin is on a quest to make the world's first truly perfect onion straw. we keep getting closer and closer....

I had a much better time with the camera this week so the pics are a lot better. 

The top of the bun is stuffed with meatballs, sauce and parmesan cheese.

We have chicken tenders, fried cheese, the patty, bacon, swiss, onion rings and fried mushrooms.

And of course, the meatball stuffed top.


There was not much Smoosh available.

Happy New Year! Mr. Buck had a hernia operation in late December so we have taken a couple weeks off. We are back with a vengeance for 2012. Can you believe we did 47 of these last year?

So from the bottom up there is a seafood cake and some remoulade, the patty with bacon, swiss and cheddar, onion rings, bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and micro greens.

I had some technical difficulties with my phone so we lost the Smoosh picture. I will work on that next week.
