Once again, I was not present to see this one but here is the lowdown from Colin.
Got a pizza burger: marinara and mozz, topped w/buffalo shrimp, ranch, and onion rings

Pizza Smash!!

I like to think that Buck's heart isn't in it and he takes much longer to eat these when I am not there. The truth is that he still eats them in record time. This one took 3 minutes. Three. As you can see by the veins in his neck, these burgers actually help him lose weight. He is wasting away.

In honor of the Bandwagon opening for lunch this Friday, we put portions of all three of the new sandwiches on the Buckburger. I was at the Trailer Park Boys show so I got the following information secondhand.

Ok we got all 3 lunch sandwiches.  Curry mayo on the bottom and maple sriracha on top also grilled andouille and grilled red onions and sauteed mushrooms

This week we were kinda busy at the restaurant so we threw the burger together last minute. We have the patty, a buttermilk chicken breast & an italian sausage stack topped with a spicy pepper onion & sweet tea sauce. That's right, sweet tea. New to the Bandwagon in honor of myself and my fellow southern boys in the kitchen.

Crushed

and Crushed...that is not indifference on Doug's face in the background, it's that no one is allowed to look Buck in the eye while he eats. It's in his dish rider.

So this is a grilled ham and cheese sandwich.....

...that is made out of the top of the bun on this Buckburger. We also have, some chive sour cream, BWB waffle sauce, a blackened steak quesadilla, the patty, & swiss cheese.

There is some bacon in there somewhere. Also, some lettuce, onion and tomato. These are purely for show.

That looks healthy!

April 3, 2012

Sorry for the late post on this one. I was having issues with the camera on my phone. Some of the pictures did not come out. Buck had some very lovely ladies come down to witness the feeding. Unfortunately, the pics of them and of the actual eating did not come out. Boo Droid X!

So here is what we did this week. We divided the patty into two 1/4 pounders, grilled them and added cheese. Between them we put a grilled cheese sandwich. We topped all this with three poached eggs and some grilled sausage; added a littel LTM and Mayo and Bam!...Buckburger!

April 10, 2012

This week the burger was a little reserved. All we did was grill a patty, top it with cheese, top that with a couple homemade steak and cheese biscuits, top that with some onion straws and then add a little lettuce, tomato and mayo. The cheesesteak biscuits were awesome. I, however, did not put mine atop a half pound burger patty.

Down the Hatch...kind of... the camera on my Driod X sucks...I can not wait to upgrade. Too bad I am not due until Christmas.

March 20, 2012

So we had an interesting idea at Buckburger Labs this week. The patty looking disc topped with swiss that you see is in fact a meatloaf patty, the burger was rolled out thin, baked off and flipped over the topping omelet style.  In the omelet we have some homemade torilla, three poached eggs & cheddar cheese. The "burger" is wrapped around all that. Then the meatloaf puck & swiss. All topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo.

Look at that sweet yolky goodness oozing out

Come to Papa. The timestamp on the picture says 22:05. The clock on my phone said 22:09 when he finished. We are in the midst of some inspired Buckburgering right now. Bring on the Wingz Over Ithaca contest....more on that later!

This week we wnt big. Buck was hungry. We have an 8oz patty with swiss cheese, a fried polenta cake with bbq sauce, some deep fried mushrooms and two poached eggs. This is all topped with micro greens, tomato and onions. And, of course, extra heavy mayonnaise.

Look at that sweet egg yolk oozing out all over the place

ps - Note the time on the mcirowave. That clock said 9:54 when he finished this monster. For those of you keeping score, that is less than 3 minutes to eat this. Wingz Over Ithaca contest here we come!
