2lbs 1oz


This weeks Buckburger has maple sriracha aioli, a fried farfalle alfredo cake, the patty, cheddar, 4 oz of beef tenderloin, a country sausage, swiss, red onion, tomato, micro greens and stout mustard. While it did take Chris over 10 minutes to eat this thing, he did manage to do 5 racks of dishes while consuming it.

A true double burger this week! Chris's roommate works at Uncle Joe's Sports Bar. On Tuesdays they have a $5 burger special. It is awesome. I recommend it. Please check out their website. The link is on the right. Anyway, we got one of their Guinness BBQ Burgers. It is a half pound patty with cheese, bacon, onions, Guinness BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato & mayo. We put the entire thing on a blackened burger patty with blue cheese, bacon, maple-sriracha aioli and blue cheese dressing.  Buck ate the whole thing in 6 minutes....and then shared some pasta with me.

This weeks Buckburger has mustard, basil-buttermilk ranch, dirty fries (which consist of fries, bacon, red onion, tomato & cheddar cheese), the patty (which was pan seared in bacon fat), swiss & cheddar, three chicken tenders with spicy marinara & swiss, grated Parmesan, micro greens, tomato, lettuce & garlic mayo.

This week's Buckburger has sausage gravy, a deep fried sausage patty, a homemade biscuit, more sausage gravy, the patty, swiss, bacon, 3 fried coconut shrimp, sauteed onions, micro greens & orange marmalade sauce.
