| We took a queue from The Colonel tonigth and used fried chicken breasts instead of a bun. we also used a grilled cheese sandwich in addition to cheese on the burger. we topped that with sausage gravy / cheese fries. |

| Fiesta night at the Bandwagon. We have a burger otop some churros, homemade tortilla chips, nacho cheese & salsa. We continued our quest for the perfect onion ring and threw some of them on top for good measure. |

| My problems with the Driod X continue. most of the pictures of this behemoth did not come out. I hate the camera on my phone. Oh well, we move on. This week was Valentine's day so we put some chocolate covered bacon on top. Colin made a wonton thingy containing the patty, swiss, mashed potatoes and roasted shallots. He topped it with mushrooms in a madiera sauce. It was pretty awesome. |

| We got a little crazy this week. We were felling like McGriddles but also like biscuits and gravy so we did both. Both have a 1/4 lb patty, cheese & bacon. The pancake one has eggs and maple syrip. The bicuit and gravy one has, well, biscuits and gravy. |

| Happy New Year! Mr. Buck had a hernia operation in late December so we have taken a couple weeks off. We are back with a vengeance for 2012. Can you believe we did 47 of these last year? |

| So from the bottom up there is a seafood cake and some remoulade, the patty with bacon, swiss and cheddar, onion rings, bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and micro greens. |
