This weeks Buckburger contained ginger catsup, red onion, a deep freid jalapeno mac and cheese cake, the patty, swiss, two poached eggs, micro greens, a fried bacon cheddar roasted garlic potato cake & chive sour cram.

It weighed in at just under two pounds food weight.

Back to the big Buck Burgers this week! This one has grilled andouille, swiss, the patty, bacon, breaded papperjack (fried in bacon fat), beef and bean chili, cheddar, chive sour cream, sauteed onions, micro greens and tomato.

This weeks Buckburger has stout mustard, apple slices, the patty, goat cheese, red onion, tomato, homemade lox, capers & chive sour cream. Plus, we get style points for listening to "Money. Power & Respect" by The Lox while we made and he consumed the burger.

Tonights Buck Burger had habanero-orange marmalade, fried pepperjack, an entire bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, swiss, tomato, micro greens and saffron aioli.
