This week's Buckburger was a little difficult to compose. Sometimes inspiration is hard to find. We want to be original but ....oh whatever...Buck just wanted some mushrooms this week. So we made a beef stroganoff type thing comprised of mushrooms and beef tips in a red wine, mushroom stock and cream sauce, and paired it with some dirty fries. The the burger has the patty, bacon, swiss, the stroganoff, tomato, micro greens, chive sour cream, the dirty fries (which have fries, bacon, onion, tomato and cheddar) & some more chive sour cream. He crushed this monstrosity in about 6 minutes. 

Smoosh!!
