May 17, 2011

This week was a good week for the Buckburger. We mad it with some leftover beef tenderloin and a French toasted blueberry bagel. We also put the scrambled eggs we made the French toast with and some fried pepper jack. 

As you can see on the left, the patty is dwarfed by the rest of the burger. That is the patty on the bun on the left hand side.

We dumped maple syrup all over it

From the bottom up we have spicy marinara, three fried cheese wedges, a steak & cheese sandwiched between French toasted blueberry bagel pieces, micro greens, lettuce, swiss, bacon, the patty & maple syrup.

It was seriously almost as big as Buck's head.

Smoosh!

Down the Hatch!!
