| It was my birthday yesterday and this Buckburger reflects the hangover I was suffering at the time of its conception. It is simple but colossal. What we have here is the patty with some cheddar, a 1 lb plus sausage patty with swiss, four pieces of thick cut homemade bacon, and a panko breaded cake of Bandwagon "Hamburger Helper" (penne with ground beef and tomato puree in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce). The whole thing is flanked by catsup, garlic mayo, tomato and, of course, the micro greens. |

| That is an 8" chef's knife for perspective. Abut 2/3 of the way through finishing it, Buck added two chicken strips because nobody else wanted them. I tell you, he is sick. |
