| This was our 25th documented Buckburger! That is almost half a year of these things and going strong. This week we reached another milestone in that, due to scheduling reasons, my partner John and our main saute guy Pat were working instead of me and Brad. That makes so that each cook at the Bandwagon has been involved in the creation of at least one Buckburger. This one has a tuna steak, a real steak, bacon, a deep fried egg, sesame-peanut slaw, micro greens, bacon, swiss, lettuce, onion, cheddar & sesame-peanut sauce. |
