The Buckburger was a protein nightmare this week. First of all, we made a 3/4 lb patty this week. We set that up on top of roasted duck breast & grilled shrimp. We put a little orange ginger sauce in there. We topped the patty with four pieces of fried pepper jack, melted some cheddar and swiss on top of that and topped it all with homemade bacon. Then we put on some of Buck's beloved micro greens and some BWB BBQ sauce. Bam! |
